Nan Crang has been a successful, on the rise, licensed real estate agent in Illinois since 2010 specializing in residential, commercial and building lots. When she isn’t listing or on the hunt with her buyers to find their new home, (24/7), or assisting clients finding or expanding their commercial portfolios, she’s probably planning the next gathering at Crangaritaville for family and friends. The Crang’s are party planners and can be found on their patio during the warmer seasons in Illinois.
Affiliations Nan currently is involved and active with are Bloomington-Normal Association of Realtors, including the PR/Realtor Committee, the Professional Standards Committee, the Grievance Committee and a member of the Illinois Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Nan’s elementary and high school education was at a small rural community school district unit, in the middle of a corn field, between Weldon and DeLand, Illinois, a/k/a DeLand-Weldon. Being 15 miles from school, parents car pooling their kids to and from school activities was shared between the farming neighbors. Long lasting friendships obviously were established and is a part of the rural living still intact created by being a part of the farming community, small town living, an abundance of 4-H beliefs, and not being a stranger to hard work, helping hands, and making her community a better place to live and raise a family. Nan also studied at Parkland Jr. College in Champaign and soon had a job in a law firm in her hometown, which lasted 33 awarding years before retiring and (then worked as a catering manager, and also the banking and restaurant businesses, before her sister encouraged her to obtain her real estate license. Nan’s real estate class education was at Maloof Realtors, Peoria, IL.
Crang is very active in her community which includes being a member of the Barn Quilts of DeWitt County, Illinois (Tourism Clinton Chamber of Commerce), Clinton City Council member, Commissioner of Streets and Alleys and Public Improvement, Clinton Y Board member, and member of ReNew DeWitt County, Illinois. Her platform is Clinton is my business. Not only is real estate her full time job, she also works and lives by the concept that realtors do more than sell houses. She cares very much about her community and making Clinton and DeWitt County a better place to come home to for families and friends and new members of the community.

Nan is also involved and partner with her brother and sister at their banquet hall facility in Clinton, The Copper & Brass Room.
Nan enjoys spending time in Arizona with her son, Adam, and daughter in-law, Karen and two young, active grandchildren Natalie and Jaxon. Nan’s doors to her real estate business rarely are closed, as she takes her techy equipment with her during her time away from Clinton and sends documents back and forth to her clients via DotLoop.
